Sheila I just found out about your loss. I am so sorry. I wish I could have met him. From the other notes posted, he must have been a great man and husband.  You are in my prayers. I love you.

I knew Bob very little at Lanier High School, but I got to know him when I was with the Alabama State Trooper Police Academy Safety Education Unit when Bob was a Cadet and later as a Trooper. We would ride out the Atlanta Highway occasionally and he would serenade me with "The Impossible Dream" and other songs he loved to sing. I, too, loved to be reminded of how special his voice was when he would sing at our school reunion memory services on Sunday.  He just happened to pass away on the same day my brother, Warren Jordan, did recently in Montgomery. He also attended Lanier in 1969.  It's sad when our friends and family go on ahead of us, but they are free spirits now, awaiting our own reunions with them. I know Bob believed in that promise. I know there's a special responsibility in Heaven for him that God will ask him to serve in.  Farewell, Bob ,  until we meet again. Joyce

Sheila, you are in our thoughts and prayers.  Although I never met Bob, Dennis knew him when he was a State Trooper and spoke highly of him.  You have our deepest sympathy.

I’m his daughter, Ali, and he loved his family. He leaves behind two grandchildren, Abbey (10) and Cael (15).
We love you and you will be missed. 

I'm one of Bob's many high school classmates and I can tell you his presence will be missed.  He was one of the finest men I knew and one that other men should aspire to be.  My lasting memory of Bob will always be the beautiful songs he sang at our Sunday morning reunion memorials for those who have moved on.  Great guy!  Dan

Sheila please know you are in my prayers 🙏 right now.  Bob was a wonderful person and did so many things to help others . He will be missed greatly but treasure all the memories you shared with him as you start this journey alone.  Those of us that have already made that journey are going to be here for you when you need us. Love and hugs to you. 

We will miss you my friend, but I know you are using that wonderful voice to continue to sing God’s praises.  I always looked forward to hearing your solos at church.  Sheila, please remember that I am always here for you in any way you need me.

Having you in my life was and always will be a blessing. I will miss are long conversations and vists  with you. We had so much fun with Royal Rangers at church. Your voice singing songs of praise will  be missed and Christmas time was always your favorite. I will see you again my friend. Save us a seat at the Lords table
