She is preceded in death by her daughter in law, Kim Carter and brother, Hank Spigner.
Sandra is survived by her husband of 55 years, Roger Carter; Daughter, Kristen Lawrence (Curtis Reinheimer); son, Craig Carter (Krista); grandchildren, Nicholas Carter, Christopher Lawrence, Johnathon Lawrence, Meredith Lawrence, Caroline Bassett (Dylan), Travis Miller; great grandson, Ryan Lawrence; sister, Karen Threadgill and sister in law, Peggy Granthum.
A visitation for Sandra will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026 from 12:00PM to 1:00PM at First Baptist Church, 138 S. Washington St., Prattville, Al. 36067, with a memorial service to begin at 1:00PM. The family welcomes you to join them in the chapel after the service for a time of remembrance.
