

Terry Dean Finley, 62, of Prattville, passed away April 2, as a result of complications from Cerebral Palsy. Terry drifted off to be with the Lord with his family near his side. He will have a new body and not be in pain any longer.
He was born to Pearl and Joseph Finley on June 30, 1953. His mother, Pearl predeceased him in 2003. His father and sister Brenda were his strong advocates as Terry lived in nursing homes most of his life. They made sure his voice was heard.
Terry is survived by his father Joseph Finley, brother Ron Finley (Kathie) of Chesapeake, Va., his sister Brenda Coburn (Byron, deceased), brother Allen all of Pine Level. He also leaves 4 nephews Joe McGough, Michael McGough, Jeremy Finley and Joshua Finley. He is also survived by several loving Aunts,Uncles and cousins and a host of friends he's made along the way.
The family would like to thank the staff at Prattville Health and Rehabilitation for their care during the last 10 years. Jay Fleck and Alicia Dean, his primary caretakers took excellent care and cared about Terry and were there to help him through his day.
Viewing will be Wednesday, April 6th at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church at 10 o’clock, service to follow at 11 o’clock with Dave Burns and Jeff Hammack officiating.
