Troy Lee Horsley, 90, passed away April 20, 2017. Visitation will be Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 2:00-3:00 PM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, followed by a graveside service at 3:00 PM. He is preceded in death by his parents, Eura and Minnie Horsley; and brothers, Roy Horsley, Carl Horsley, Ray Horsley, Earl Horsley and Tommy Horsley. He is survived by his wife, Dell A. Horsley; children, James (Kathy) Horsley and Elizabeth (Michael) Taylor; sisters, Sue Sivley, Sarah Thomason, Patricia Horsley, Robbie Horsley and Betty Johnson; grandchildren, Tyler and Matthew Horsley, and Payton and Austin Taylor.
