Vance Lee Meliska, a resident of Prattville, Alabama, was born on February 28, 1962, and passed away on January 31, 2026, at the age of 63. He is preceded in death by his wife, Deborah Meliska and parents, Stewart and Jimmie Meliska.
Vance was a graduate of Lanier High School class of 1980 and served in the Navy from 1982-1985. He worked for Production Automation for 40 years.
He is survived by his sons, Joey Sterle and Josh Sterle; grandchildren, Chloe Sterle and Cadence Sterle; sisters, Sharon Echols and Sonya Beasley; nephews, Ronnie Echols (Holly), Chris Echols (Jennifer), and Dalton Beasley and a host of great nieces and nephews.
