

Vicki Sellars, a devoted wife, loving mother, and cherished friend, passed away July 26, 2026, surrounded by the love she so freely gave to others throughout her life. She will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and the joy she brought to everyone who knew her.
Vicki was proceeded in death by her parents Walter and Mary Ellen Pinkerton and her brother, Mike Pinkerton. She is survived by her husband, Herbert Sellars; daughters, Lindey Annis (Ira) and Sabrina McKinney (Kirk); grandchildren, Brody Annis and Bryan Annis; brother, Kevin Pinkerton and her nieces Allie Swafford and Holly Peacock along with numerous cousins.
Vicki was the heart of her family. She loved deeply and selflessly, always putting the needs of others before her own. As a mother and wife, she created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and unconditional love. Every moment with her family was treasured and the days were filled with hugs and smiles.
She had a special gift for bringing people together, often through her love of cooking. Whether it was a holiday gathering, a friend’s birthday, or a simple meal, Vicki found happiness in feeding and caring for those she loved. Her kitchen was a place of comfort and countless cherished memories.
She was known for her kindness and generosity and she always had a kind word, a listening ear, and encouragement for anyone who needed it. She gave her time freely and made others feel valued and loved. Her smile could light up a room and she had the best laugh, and her fun, funny personality made her a joy to be around.
Vicki leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and selflessness. She was truly loved by all who knew her, and her absence will be deeply felt by her family and many dear friends.
She will be forever missed and always remembered.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Ridout's Prattville Chapel, 347 E. Main St., Prattville, Al. 36067, with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 am.
