Wanda Jean Connolly

Life Celebration services were held Monday April 14 at 2:00 PM at Ridout’s Prattville Chapel with Pastor Ricky Smith officiating.

Wanda was born June 5, 1953 in Tennessee and worked for many years in the beverage service field as a tender and manager.

She was very active in the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and had served as the manager of the Wetumpka VFW Club.

She enjoyed lake living and loved the many wild animals that fed in and around her lake home.

She was very talented and creative with arts and crafts and liked visiting casinos with her friends. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her granddaughters.

Wanda is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Ben and Stacy LeGear of Prattville; parents, Roy and Barbara Gibson of Montgomery; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Danny Gibson of Montgomery, Joe and Adrienne Gibson of London, England; a sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Ed Pickett; three grand

daughters, Kaitlyn “Peanut” Green, Kyleigh “Boogie” LeGear, Kalista “Monkie” LeGear, all of Prattville and a host of nieces and nephews
