Funeral services will be held at a later date in California. Mr. Peters was born January 15, 1950 in San Diego, California to the late William Henry Peters and Wanda Hill Peters.
He spent many years as a clergyman including serving on the staff at the Canaanland Ministries in Autaugaville.
He also was a member of the Tribe of Judah Motorcycle ministries and founder of the Bill Peters ministry.
He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law; Billy and Christy Peters of Atoka, Oklahoma, sister; Jo Rene Boitana, a brother and sister-in-law; Charles “Pete” and Mandy Peters, four grandchildren and one great grandchild and a host of other family and close friends.
