It has been 5 years today that you left us, way too early dear lady. Think of you often, miss the coffee and cookie visits dear friend.

Anne was so much a part of our dog show world. She will greatly missed whether her up beat problem solving ability, her directness to get the job done i.e. keep moving the juding along so that the judges can meet their plane or her bright smile and flowing garments with a matching Facinator. The members of the Lakes District Kennel CLub will keep her in our thoughts as we plan the May show without her able guidance.

Anne, I feel so blessed that you were able to visit me in January and to share your last birthday.  You always had a smile even when in pain. I was so touched that you remembered to send me the goulash recipe.  I will think of you when I make it. I cannot order a glass of water in a restaurant without thinking of  you:  "water, with a straw and a small dish of 3-4 lemon wedges, not slices."  It's the little thoughts that make lasting friendships. I am writing this as if you were still alive because in my memory you always will be and I know that as soon as there is cell phone coverage in heaven, you'll be calling us to say you are at peace.

I have known you for 45 years and 25 of those years we worked together. I was fortunate to have you working in the Accounting Department - you had no problems balancing Payroll/Fringe Benefits, etc. 

I will miss your visits at the Lake, the lunches, and your telephone calls.

Our sincere condolences to the family. So glad Anne phoned us here in Arizona just two weeks ago from the hospital. We'll never forget her, our "maid of honour" 52 years ago. May she rest in peace.

It is with fondest memories that I think of Anne.  We knew each other from very early days on the farm and I cherish the fact that my parents, Elsa and Bill Sauthoff, were her god-parents.  When I moved to West Kelowna, Anne continued to keep in touch with me regularly with news from Prince George.  She will be dearly missed.

Anne- so saddened to hear of Anne's passing. We have been friends and one of my first co-worker at The Citizen, since 1967.  I will miss your hard work and persistance at getting all old time Citizen workers together for our yearly supper and get together.  Thinking of you Anne

Anne was always a strong minded person. She was fiercely protective of those she loved. And she was certainly one of the most organized show secretaries in the world. The dog world is such a tight-nit community. We missed her and thought about her years after leaving the Peace Country. Anne you will me missed Nicole and Laraine Guidry (Former vendors and ML Dachshund Exhibitors up there in the Great White North.)

I will always remember this remarkable lady doing 13 things at once with a huge smile on her face, a twinkle in her eye and bare feet.  She made you happy just to be around her.  Go with God my dear!

I will always remember you with a flower in your hair and no shoes on your feet.  Rest in peace my friend.
