Bahadar was born on February 14, 1966, in the village of Manugwal, Punjab, India, and immigrated to Canada at the age of nine. He attended Carney Hill Elementary, where he first met the love of his life, Rajinderjit (Ginda). Their story began in grade two, when Bahadar saw her in a green dress with yellow ribbons in her hair—a moment he knew would change his life. Years later, while working at Extra Foods, they reconnected, and their journey together truly began.
Bahadar and Rajinderjit married in 1992 and built their forever home together. They welcomed their first daughter, Dasheena, on July 22, 1993, and their second daughter, Daveena, exactly three years later on July 22, 1996. Their family grew with the addition of their beloved grand fur babies, Louis in 2018 and Mochi in 2022.
Bahadar was passionate about weightlifting and always maintained a healthy lifestyle. He was larger than life, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met. Known for his positivity, integrity, and unwavering strength, Bahadar lived each day with a smile and a heart full of conviction. He was a man of his word and never faltered.
Bahadar is survived by his loving wife Rajinderjit; daughters Dasheena and Daveena; grandsons Louis and Mochi. He will be deeply missed and his memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him. As we move forward, we will honor his legacy and continue to fulfill his dreams.
