Charlotte Breum

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wife and mother Alice, born August 6,1937 in New Osgoode, Saskatchewan. She passed quietly with her husband Ken at her side on January 15, 2014 after a courageous 17 month battle with cancer.

She is pre deceased by her sister Gloria, her mother Adeline and father Lenard McLachlan. She is survived by her husband Ken Breum, six children Allan( Nancy) Constable of Port Coquitlam,BC, Phyllis Rouble, Jacquie (John) Swanson, Kathy (Mark) Dodge, Omer (Claire) Breum of Fort St. John, Neil (Denise) Breum of Charlotte Town PEI, 15 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, Siblings Loretta (Mervin) Shields, Keith (Margaret) McLachlan, Glenda(Ferg)Denonmy, Bev (Al) Hamm, Greg (Dianne) McLachlan, and Carol ( Oliver) Gendron.

The family would like to thank all the doctors, nurses and support staff involved in her care. A special thank you goes out to Jim, Chris and staff at the Hart Drugs and the Prince George Hospice House.

A Celebration of Life for Alice Breum will be held Monday January 20, 2014 from 1:30 pm - 4pm at the Hart Pioneer Seniors Centre 6986 Hart Hwy. Tea and memories to follow. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Prince George Hospice Society.
