He was predeceased by his parents Abe and Vernie Quinn; siblings Lawrence, Peter, Elia, Louis and Audrey.
Dempsey is survived by his daughters Ida, Robin and Cristina; grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; siblings Ron, Gordon, Marlene, Wayne; sister in law Debbie.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, February 8,2025 at 11:00 am at Gateway Church, 2055 20th Avenue, Prince George,
