Frederick Hale Clendenning

Born in Vancouver, BC, Frederick Clendenning, known as Fred, was a beacon of light in the hearts of those who knew him. On February 29, 2024, at the Gateway Complex Care in Prince George, Fred peacefully passed away, leaving behind a legacy of selflessness, honor, and unwavering dedication to community service.

Fred leaves behind a loving family. His devoted wife of 48 years, Vera Clendenning; daughter Lisa (Husband Terrence); son Edward (Wife Angela, grandkids James & Thomas) and a multitude of friends and extended family members.

A Celebration of Life in honor of Fred Clendenning will take place on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 1:00 pm to 4:00pm at the Hart Pioneer Center located at 6986 John Hart Hwy, Prince George, BC.

Even though he is no longer with us, we know that Fred still walks with us each day and we find comfort in knowing that he will always be there to guide and watch over us. His spirit remains alive in our hearts; a guiding light that will forever illuminate our paths. May his legacy of selflessness, honor and dedication to community service inspire us as we carry his memory forward. Fred will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
