With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jennifer Diana (Hesketh, Paynton) Trenholm, who passed away on Thursday, April 17, 2025, at the age of 91. Predeceased by two beloved husbands, Dale Paynton (1961) and Roy Trenholm (2007).
Diana leaves behind her 4 children:
Sharon (Stan) Jamieson
Janice (Gary) Koski
Grant (Wendy) Trenholm
Shelley (Darcy) Bryant
She will also be deeply missed by her cherished 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as a large group of friends, in-laws and extended family.
Born in Birtle Manitoba on November 25, 1933 to English immigrated parents and a family with 14 children. She is predeceased by 11 siblings (3 died in infancy), and survived by her two sisters; Jackie Paynton & Joyce Bolleman.
She was always kind, generous, humble, and honest. She truly enjoyed gardening, playing crib and cards with friends, bingo, sewing, crochet, knitting, needle point, and practical jokes. With a great sense of humour, Diana was a woman who loved her family right to the end.
The family would like to thank the UHNBC PCMU department and Rotary Hospice staff for all the love, care and support they gave to Diana and her family.
There will be no service at Diana’s request, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved and was loved by.
