Leon passed away on February 2nd 2017 at the age of 76. He is survived by his sisters, Diane (Willard) Strachan and Jeanette (Richard) Brophy, sister-in-law, Ida Marie Dyck, brother-in-law, Mike Werstiuk, numerous nieces nephews other family members and friends. Leon was predeceased by his wife Marlene, his parents, Victor and Grace Lagasse and his sister Laura Werstiuk. The family would like to thank Dr. I. Reddy for his care and compassion for Leon as well as the hospital staff. Service to be held at 10:00am on Saturday, February 11th at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 1088 Gillett St. Prince George, BC, please access the church from Freeman Street.
