He died suddenly on March 12, 2026 in Prince George, BC.
He is predeceased by his son Timothy; siblings Bob, Ted (Grace), Doreen (John) and Bill (Charlotte).
Lorne is survived by his wife of 65 years, Olive (nee Skeet); children Lauren, Glenda and Tamara; grandchildren Slayden (Tara-Lynn), Nicholas (Allie), Dylan, Tyren, Robin (Heather), Kianna and Destin; great-grandchildren Thorynn, Finn, Jackson, Kirby, Evelynn and a joyfully anticipated baby in September. He is also survived by numerous beloved in-laws, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
The Memorial Service will be Thursday, March 19 at 11:00 am at the Yalenka Hall at 933 Patricia Blvd (at Queensway). Luncheon to follow. All friends are welcome.
