She will ALWAYS be apart of our family. She was an amasing woman. Took me and my dad under her wing when grandma died. As time went on I grew to only know her as grandma myself. Forever in our hearts!

my sincere condolence to the families of Mrs. George, I remember her being so kind and helpful during the 70's while attending PGC. Rest In Peace and May God Bless and keep your family in his tender loving care during their time of grief and healing.

It was with great sadness when I heard of your loved one's passing, "what a beautiful lady she was and so-caring and genuine".  She trusted in me to graduate from the Cosmetology Trades Training Program and I was only 15 years of age when she approved me for sponsorship.  I didn't let her down and completed the course.  Mussi Cho Mabel and I will look forward to meeting you once again where there is no pain or sorrow.  Until that day!!!

The matriarch of our family has gained her angel wings and flies in the heavenly! May her children and grandchildren find comfort and strength in the days to come...along with all the nieces, nephews and cousins as she comes from a large family!!! 

I remember all the days she found time to give me the much needed support being separated from my family in the 1970's to attend school in Prince George!

I will always remember Mrs.  George.  She was a huge part of my history. When I was a little girl I remember her or one of her many kids went past our house daily. We used to walk past her place to the tarzan swing. We went to her house for halloween,crossing through the yard to get from Parent Road to Bernard for school. I felt safe with the George Family being at the end of the road they were all so nice and there were always so many.

My condolences to family of Mabel. In the late 80's we had a small Native prayer meeting with Brother John MacDonald & Winnie Marcellais at my little apartment. I can only imagine the joyful reunion in heaven as friends, family & brothers & sisters in Christ are reunited. I know she is dancing on the streets of gold. She truly had & still has a heart of gold as she only has stepped into true reality. 

I know the pain of losing a mom. Cry, let it all out. Through tears, comes healing. God bless you.

So sorry for your loss. What a legacy. Mabel lives on in her family. She did so much for so many.
