Robert Edison MacPhee (Bob) passed away on August 30, 2014. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Barbara; children: Glenden (Delphine) and Linda (Don); son in law Robert Richards; grandchildren: Lynn, Brian, Jacqueline and Tyler; great grandchildren: Nicolas, Micheal and Kristen; brother Orland and sister Hulda. Bob was predeceased by his daughter Beverly Richards and sister Winnifred. Bob was a very hard worker in various industries. He worked as an oiler on a ship called the Gypsum Queen in 1946 before entering the forestry industry in Prince George as a faller in 1949, followed by a bucker in 1953. Bob then became a small motors mechanic in 1953 where he spent most of his working life. There will be a celebration of Bobs life at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 6720 Dagg Road, Prince George on Saturday September 6, 2014 at 2:00pm. Immediately following the celebration, there will be an open house at daughter Linda's home. Address information to be given at Bob's service.
