Shirley Spooner, originally from Chase BC, previously from Hope BC and settled in Prince George BC passed away peacefully at Jubilee Lodge on November 2, 2024. Shirley was a Mother to CarolAnn, Ken (Barb), Larry (Teresa). Grandmother to Vanessa, Chad, Larry Jr, Samantha, Stephanie, Kelsie, and Tiffany. Great Grandmother to Jaden, Dayton, Tyson, Emma, Riis, Ellie. Sister to Bob (Bonnie), Charlie (Lynda), Ira (Diane). Predeceased by Elmer, Dan, Harold, Caroline & Norie. Shirley spent many years working at Logging Camps: Bear Valley, Ingenika, and railway camps. She enjoyed gardening, feeding the birds, painting landscapes, baking her special chocolate cake and spending time with her family. As requested there will not be a service. We are grateful for the care she received at UHNBC and Jubilee Lodge.
