If you ever met Walter you would know the definition of patients, kindness, and harmony. Walter was the rock of the Carlson family and loved by many. A person you could go to and talk with and knew he truly cared. Through his own struggles was still there for anyone that needed him. He will be missed by every heart he has touched. Rest In Peace.
