Ronald "Brent" Hill

Born on July 16, 1952, in Charleston, WV, he was the son of the late Reverend Ira Hill and Frances Shank Hill. He graduated from Spanishburg High School and went on to become a coal miner. He later went into sales at Center Chevrolet in Rainelle, WV; and most recently, at Ramey Chevrolet in Princeton, WV. Brent also loved spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing.

In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by his sister, Durinda Hill.

He will be lovingly remembered by his son, Jason Hill and wife, Michelle of Marion, VA; two grandchildren, Jayce and Meah Hill of Marion, VA; Jason’s mother, Leonia Muncy of Marion, VA; brother, Kent Hill and wife, Becky of Charleston, WV; two sisters, Sandra Templeton and husband, Dave of Charleston, WV and Sharon Smith and husband, Bob, of Cincinnati, OH. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews and his many beloved friends from Princeton, Rainelle, and Meadow Bridge.

To honor Brent’s wishes, he will be cremated. A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 2 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home Chapel, in Princeton, WV with Reverend Casper Dalton officiating. Friends may gather from 1:00-2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
