Tammy Lynn Bowman

Tammy Lynn Bowman went to be with the Lord, August 29th, 2018 after a short illness.

Tammy was born on May 10, 1971 to Thelma Louise (Cooper) and Bobby Ray Hagerman. She was born at Welch Community Hospital in Welch, WV.

Tammy Lynn was preceded in death by her baby sister, Rebecca Renee Hagerman Wood. Both sets of grandparents. Paternal: John R and Hettie Mae Vance Hagerman Maternal: Clark and Helen Mullins Cooper Jarvis.

She was survived by husband of 16 years Cecil Lee Bowman, of the Home, parents Bobby Ray and Thelma Hagerman of Bartley; one sister Cynthia Louise and John Harman of Premier, WV, one brother Robby Ray Jr. and Karlene Hagerman of Randalman, NC, one niece Heather Nicole and David Rose of Atwell, WV, one special nephew, Lucas Ryan Hagerman of Randelman, NC. Two very special great nieces who she was helping to raise, Isabella Marie and Hailey Dawn Rose of Bartley, WV, one step niece Carrie Nicole Harman of Mocksville, NC. Two great nephews, Logan Daniel and Christopher Rose of Atwell, WV, four great nieces, Kaitlyn Mahaffey and Gracie Jo Finely of NC, Piper McKenna and Rhiannon Lashay Rose of Atwell. She had two special god daughters Chelsey and Marissa Teasley of Atwell, their mother whom she loved as a sister Vickie Teasley and two special friends, Stephie and Marlene.

Tammy loved to crochet, can fruits and vegetables. She volunteered at Bradshaw Elementary School where her girls attend.

Tammy wished to be cremated.

A memorial service will be held at the Jesus Church of Bartley on September 6, 2018 at 4pm with the Rev. Pete Woods and Thomas Dunford officiating.
