Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Delicata (Izzo) DeFusco. She had been married for 67 years to the late Angelo Parrillo.
She was the mother of Ellen Turchetta and her husband Richard, Carla A. Parrillo, and Charles Parrillo and his wife Sharyn; grandmother of Joseph Parrillo and his wife Lee-Ann, and Christopher Parrillo; great-grandmother of Angelo Joseph and Dean Joseph Parrillo; sister of the late Angelo DeFusco, Anna Palazzo, Carmen DeFusco and Mafalda “Muffy” Cascione.
Visitation will be held Thursday, 5-8 p.m. with a funeral on Friday at 9 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. in St. Agnes Church, 100 Chatham Street, Providence, followed by entombment in Our Risen Christ Garden Mausoleum in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
