

Adolf J. Ehrl, age 60, passed away April 28, 2022 surrounded by his loving siblings. He was a son of the late Adolf and Concetta (Vinacco) Ehrl; brother of Carl Ehrl with whom he resided and also brother of Rhonda Dalpe; uncle of Brittany Dalpe, Robert Dalpe, and Elizabeth Gasbarro; great-uncle of Skyla Gasbarro; and nephew of Evelyn Brousseau and Beatrice Tetreault. He also leaves several cousins.
He graduated from Rhode Island College in 1984. After graduation, he began working as an accountant for Our Lady of Fatima Hospital where he worked his way up to being Senior Accountant of Finance. He also worked for Stop & Shop in North Providence in the Produce Department.
Adolf enjoyed travelling to Germany, Disney World, Las Vegas, and New Hampshire. He was an avid book reader, his favorite author was Dean Koontz. He loved building puzzles, listening to music, photography and drinking Coca-Cola. He collected wizards and dragons and enjoyed watching WWE, Marvel and DC Comic movies, and comedy movies as well as his favorite TV shows Survivor and Amazing Race. He was an avid Oakland Athletics, LA Lakers, and Oakland Raiders fan.
His visitation will be held Wednesday 5:00-7:00 p.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO HOME, 971 Branch Ave, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins St, Providence followed by a graveside burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Cumberland.
