

Hardiman, Agnes V. 93, passed away on January 21st at Sunny View Nursing Home in Warwick. She was the wife of the late James E. Hardiman, whom she was married to for 62 years, before his passing. She was the beloved mother of Mark J. Hardiman and his wife Kathleen A. Hardiman of Cranston. She is also survived by her nephew, Jeffrey J. Hardiman and his wife Linda, a grand nephew Jack and a great niece Sarah, all of Cranston. She was the daughter of the late Charles T. Wood and Agnes (Sheehen) Wood and was the sister of the late Thomas Wood. Mrs. Hardiman worked for the Federal Government for many years both in Providence and Washington, D.C., residing in the D.C. area for over 20 years. A very active and social person she belonged to several organizations and clubs. She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Warwick. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 9 am to 10:15 am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd, Warwick, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Francis of Assisi Church, 596 Jefferson Blvd. Warwick. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to; the Rhode Island Food Bank, 200 Niantic Ave., Providence.
