Alfred “Trump” Tramontano, 85, passed away May 13, 2018
He was the son of the late Vincenzo and Madeline (D’Amato) Tramontano; brother of Joseph and Jerry Tramontano, Virginia Pascale and the late Elena Barone, James and Anthony Tramontano, Frances Guglietti, Pauline Cataldo and Catherine DiSalvo. He also leaves many nieces and nephews.
Alfred was kind and generous and especially so to his nieces and nephews. He worked for Durastone Construction for many years and later managed the Dodge Goulais Post #29 in North Providence. Trump was happiest playing cards and spending time with his many friends and family.
Visitation and funeral services will be held Thursday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in The Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence. Graveside burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Edward Food & Wellness Center, 1001 Branch Avenue, Providence, RI 02904.
