Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Amalia (Zinno) Sellechio; wife of Gioacchino “Jack” P. Mento, with whom she shared their 48th anniversary in June; sister of John T. Sellechio and wife Barbara, Barbara A. Rebello and the late Elda DiCenzo. She also leaves several nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Ann was a member of the St. Jude Society and had worked as a self-employed hairdresser. She loved bowling, playing cards, travelling and going to the casinos.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Anthony Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Avenue, Providence. Visiting hours are omitted.
