Born in Brooklyn, NY she was the daughter of the late Sam and Carrie (Palumbo) Palmisano.
Anna was the mother of Kenneth Giansanti and Susan Calise and her husband Robert, Sr.; grandmother of Michele, Raena and Robert, Jr. and sister of Carol Corsinetti, Lena Gesualdi, Nettie Salera and the late Anthony and Ronald Fuoco, Michael Palmisano, Barbara Moretti, Rose Ariosto and Carmella Calenda.
