Anna Eileen Conaty

Pawtucket-Conaty, Anna Eileen (Bresnahan), 89, passed away Wednesday, surrounded by her loving family at Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of the late Dr. John J. Conaty, Jr.Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Edward J. and Catherine T. (Conway) Bresnahan.Mrs. Conaty was a library assistant in the Providence Journal News Library for 14 years. She was a graduate of St. Xavier Academy in 1935.She is survived by her son, John J. Conaty of Loveland, OH and her daughter, Catherine E. Conaty of Pawtucket, and her grandchildren, Erin E. Conaty, Kerry L. Conaty and Patrick J. Conaty. She was the sister of the late, Edward J. Bresnahan, Patrick Bresnahan, William Bresnahan, Margaret M. McCurdy, Catherine T. Scully and Nora M. Bresnahan, R.N.Her funeral will be on Wednesday at 9am from the Russell J. Boyle& son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St. Providence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am in St. Patrick Church, 244 Smith St., Providence. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
