Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Camille (Pontarelli) Persichino. She had been the beloved wife of John Gagliardi for 46 years.
She leaves several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews and 2 great-great nieces and 2 great-great nephews; sister of the late Joseph, Michael, Enrico, Edward and Lydia Persichino and Maria Casasanta.
Mrs. Gagliardi had worked for the State of Rhode Island before retiring.
Visitation will be held Saturday, 9-10:30 a.m. from the PONTARELLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence.
