Surviving are his children Cynthia Reynolds (Kerri), Lisa Castello and Toni Rubiano (Joseph); grandchildren Philip, Benjamin, Joseph, Christina, and Jenna; great-grandchild Lukas; siblings Louise Christiansen, Phyllis Delgado, Thomas, John and Phillip Castello; and numerous nieces and nephews.

After serving in the RI National Guard and the U. S. My heart is very heavy for my handsome, classy cousin Anthony. He was always ready to laugh or make a joke. You will always be cuz "Ticky" to me. God has another angel with him now. You are at peace, only we who are now without you are sad. Love you.

Ticky, I know you are enjoying your reunion with Del and she is dancing up a storm as she always did. You both brought class to our family and in everything you both did here on Earth. I know Robin, my wife of 25 years, and your cousin, is happy to see you in Heaven too. Please tell her we said hello and miss her terribly.

Dear Louise, Phyllis, Tommy, John and Phillip, our prayers are with you now and always. Thank you for being there for us recently in Rhode Island too to memorialize Robin. I will leave Robin to be the one to tease Ticky about the Yankees, although Doris loves her Yankees too, so we can have that fun chat when we see them again someday.

God Bless All of You!

Love always, Dave, Robin, Audrey, Arthur, and Jack Penn
