He was born in Italy, a son of the late Remigio and Elvira (Tacconi) Lugini.
He had worked as a Chef for the State of Rhode Island at the Cranston Medical Center for 26 years before retiring. He was also employed as a chef at the Elks Lodge in Coventry for 10 years.
He was the devoted father of Remigio Lugini, Maria Lugini-Shuart and her husband Darwin Shuart, Armando Lugini Jr., Timothy Lugini and his wife Peiling Lugini, and Tina Lugini-Romano and brother of Domenico Lugini and Gustavo Lugini.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Wednesday July 31, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. in Highland Memorial Park, 1 Rhode Island Avenue, Johnston. Those attending the services are asked to please remain at the entrance gate until the funeral procession arrives.
