Barbara Caroline Clark, of North Providence, a retired manager and instructor for AT&T, age 92, passed away August 30, 2021 at her residence. Born in Taunton, MA; the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Anna (Poitras) Clark.
She was a graduate of St. Xavier’s Academy and was a member of the RI Honor Society. She earned a certificate in Business Administration from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Barbara loved to decorate, was an avid reader, and was always concerned with animal rights where she donated on a regular basis to animal organizations.
She is survived by a special friend, Lois Haun, with whom she made her home.
Visiting hours are respectfully omitted. All are welcome to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday 9:15a.m. in St. Anthony’s Church, 1413 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Continuum Care of RI, www.continuumhospice.com or the Pawtucket Animal Shelter, www.pawtucketanimalshelter.com, in honor of “Angel” her beloved dog.
