North Providence Barbara M. Dugan, 88, passed away peacefully March 10, 2016 surrounded by her family. A lifelong resident of North Providence, she was the wife of the late William G. Dugan, Jr. She leaves a daughter, Karen Spina and her husband Kevin; two sons, Richard Dugan and his wife Ann, and David Dugan and his wife Barbara; a sister, Madeline Palmer; and seven loving grandchildren, Christopher and Matthew Spina, Tarra, Devin, and Casey Dugan, and Ryan and Emily Dugan. She will always be remembered for her wonderful sense of humor. The funeral and burial will be private. Arrangements entrusted to Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, Providence.
