Born in Guatemala, she was the daughter of the late Oswaldo and Maria (Avendano) Lopez.
She was the mother of Oswaldo David Lopez, Heidi Rosario Marquez, Carmen Estela Lopez Lopez and Evelyn Sucely Lopez and grandmother of 5. She was also the sister of Jose, Roderizo, Zoila, Rebecca, Adela and Veronica Marquez.
Visitation will be held Friday, October 14, 2011 from 5 to 8 pm in the Romano Funeral Home, 627 Union Avenue, Providence.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 10:00 am in St. Anthony Church, 547 Plainfield Street, Providence and burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
