He was a Revenue Cycle Specialist II in billing operations for Brown Medicine.
He previously resided in California and Nevada before returning to Rhode Island.
Brian enjoyed working on his home, mountain biking, Mexican food, and spending time with family and friends all across the country.
He was the brother of Timothy J. Dugan, Colleen A. Radtke, Denise C. Michaud and her husband Alain, and was an uncle to several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Thursday March 13, 2025, from 8:30am to 10:00 am at the Pontarelli-Marino funeral home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am at Holy Apostles Church, 800 Pippin Orchard Road, Cranston, RI. Burial to follow at St. Ann’s Cemetery.
