KENNER, BRIAN, P., 67, passed away peacefully Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Hebert Health + Rehabilitation, Smithfield, RI. He was the son of the late Harold and Roselyn (Slovin) Kenner, and brother of Martin Kenner (late Elizabeth), Alan Kenner (Elaine), and the late Jacob ‘Buddy’ Kenner (late Maureen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Brian attended both George Washington University and URI. He was the manager and face of the renowned 3 Steeple Street Restaurant in Providence for over 25 years where his outgoing personality greeted all diners. An avid golfer, Brian was a 7 time club champion at Ledgemont Country Club in Seekonk, MA.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 6th at 10:00am, at the Samuel Priest Chapel in Lincoln Park Cemetery in Warwick, RI. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Charlotte Simon Kenner Fund at Temple Beth-El, 70 Orchard St., Prov., RI 02906, or your favorite charity. Shiva will be held at the home of Martin Kenner, following services and 2-4PM.

Words can never express the heartfelt gratitude. I will always have for Brian. He was the finest of gentlemen a true boss and business man who knew his greatest assets were the employees who worked as hard as him 7 days a week only taking a couple of hours a day after the lunch crush.Thank you for creating a truly memorable place to work laugh and smile. I will miss that deep voice and laughter of 3 Steeple Street and the many years of working with you . A truly warm memorable chapter of my life. RIP. Brian
