He was the son of the late Carlo and Lena (Zoglio) Parrillo; husband of Connie (Gianoulos) Parrillo; father of Carlene A., Carl N. and Michael D. Parrillo; brother of Bernice Parrillo and her significant other Ron MacDonald, Ann Cicchitelli and her late husband Joseph, and the late Benedetto Parrillo.

Carl retired as a business manager from the Herb Chambers Auto Group and had also worked for several other automobile dealers throughout his career.

Visitation will be held Friday, 4-7 p.m. followed by a service at 7 p.m. in the PONTARELLLI-MARINO Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital at www.stjude.org/donate.
