Carmela (Darzio) Gervais, 88 of North Main Street, Pascoag and formerly of Providence, passed away November 23, 2012. She was the wife of the late Edward E. Gervais and daughter of the late Enrico and Jennie (Mattera) Darzio.
Carmela took great joy in her family and loved animals and watching the EWTN network on television.
She was the mother of Edward E. Gervais, Jr. and the late Phillip M. Gervais; grandmother of Rachel, Joseph, Alicia and Michael, great grandmother of Joseph, Jr., Gracyn, Maddox and Anita and sister of Emanuele Darzio.
Her funeral was held Tuesday with a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Ghost Church, Knight Street, Providence and burial was in St. Ann Cemetery.
