So sorry to hear this news as I was away and did not see it. My mom and dad (The Fazio's, now deceased)were friends of hers from when I was a very young age. My dad was her personal "cabinet maker" and made her a beautiful kitchen many many years ago. I have vivid memories of being at her home in Oak Hill. She always brought me upstairs to look at her extensive beautiful wardrobe and then downstairs to sit in the "booth" my dad had made for her and a treat made by her wonderful sister. Later on as she got older, she would spend Thanksgiving at my home with my husband and my parents, just a small giving back to this lovely, charming woman who was loved by the Fazio family. Condolences to her cousins.

Carolyn was a fine person of very high integrity. She was a good and loyal friend to Celia Baker. Both Carolyn and I took care of Celia right to the end. Carolyn was relentless in her devotion and care to Celia. I hope that she rests in peace. She certainly made this world a better place.

So sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing.
  Her friend Lois Cohen.
