Chelsie Gale Tague

Chelsie G. Tague, 30, of East Providence went home to God on September 30, 2021. Born in Providence, she was the beloved daughter of Olivia M. Guglietti, step daughter of Marc Anthony and daughter of Stephen Tague; cherished sister of Justine Tague, Domenic Klitzner and Marc Anthony, Jr.; loving aunt of Vincenzo Finley, Anthony Klitzner and Isaac Klitzner; granddaughter of John and Kathy Anthony and the late Vincent and Olivia Guglietti and Austin and Patricia Tague. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Chelsie had dreams to be a dental hygienist and was taking steps to go back to college and pursue that goal. Far beyond loving and caring, Chelsie was a sensitive soul and bright light to all those who met her and all those in need. She wore her heart on her sleeve and could often be found putting herself aside to help others even in her own struggles. She loved all animals, especially horses and horseback riding. She had an affinity for Disney movies and adored kids of all ages.

Chelsie loved cooking and would often reach out to family for recipes or to plan dinners. Chelsie's greatest love was spending time with family, big family gatherings to celebrate holidays and special events surrounded by all her loved ones. She was known for going through photo albums to revisit old memories she held close to her heart. She was feisty, full of life, and was her sister's keeper. Chelsie will be greatly missed by all who have been blessed to meet and know her.

Her funeral will be held Thursday October 7, 2021 at 9:45 a.m. in the PONTARELLI-MARINO HOME, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 1081 Mineral Spring Ave, North Providence. Private burial to follow. VISITATION WEDNESDAY 4:00-7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Chelsie’s memory to Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence or DayOne.
