Born in North Smithfield, Rhode Island, on September 21, 1930, Tina was the daughter of the late Christina (Reilly) and Eugene Gallagher.
She is survived by her sons, John (Jean), Joe (Karen), her daughters, Peg Rose (Gary), and Ann Brown (Carl). She was the beloved “Mama” of Becca, Brendon, Patrick, Jake, Andrew, Ryan, Conor, Hannah, Matthew, Kelsey, and Nick. She also leaves her cherished great grandchildren, Zachary, Max, Nathan, Frankie, Liam, Logan, Patrick, Avery, Finley, Lillian, Celina, Holden, Quinn, Sawyer, and was looking forward to the arrival her fifteenth great grandchild due in October. Tina is also survived by one sister, Peg Sheridan, one brother, Jim Gallagher, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was the mother of twin boys, Thomas and Joseph, who died in infancy, and preceded in death by three sisters, Anna Falvey, Gina McMahon, and Mary Gallagher, as well as five brothers, Charlie Gallagher, Edward Gallagher, Joe Gallagher, John Gallagher, and Tom Gallagher.
Above all else, Tina enjoyed spending time with (and spoiling) her grandchildren and great grandchildren, all of whom were “perfect” and could do no wrong in her eyes. She has left them with sweet memories they will treasure forever.
