Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Francisco and Marion (Ventriglia) Bruno.
David owned and operated Auto Wash Supply in Providence for over 50 years.
Donna (Costabile) Bruno, 74, passed away a few days after her beloved husband, David, on Friday, August 21, 2026.
Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Domenic and Anna (Bonamino) Costabile.
Donna worked for many years as an aid for the former Marieville Elementary School in North Providence.
Together they were the parents of Kenneth D. Bruno and his longtime partner Heather and Kristen Bruno and grandparents of Allyson Bruno. They also leave several nieces and nephews. David was the brother of the late Frank Bruno, Jr. and Donna was the sister of the late Joanne Costabile.
Their visitation and funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 starting at 9:30 AM in the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 1081 Mineral Spring Avenue, North Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM.
Burial for Donna will follow in St. Francis Cemetery after which burial for David will then follow in St. Ann Cemetery.
