COHEN, DAVID H., age 101, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of the late Sol and Rose Cohen. After serving in the Army Air Force during World War II, he moved to New Bedford to work with his father selling men’s and boys’ trousers at Comus Mfg. He later ran his own men’s and boys’ trouser business at DACO Mfg. and then worked as a stockbroker. He was a member of the Tifereth Israel and Ahavas Achim Synagogues. An Avid golfer and tennis player, he was also a founding member of the Allendale Country Club.

He is survived by his children Ben, Jed, Michael and Sally Cohen; grandchildren Aaron, Sara, Maxx, Becky, Eli, Abby, Rafi, Ariella, Miriam, and Yosef; 13 great-grandcildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. He was predeceased by Louise Cohen, the mother of his children; and his longtime partner Marianna Harkins.
