Providence: McGowan, David J., 58, formerly of Funston Ave, died Saturday at Pawtucket Health Center.Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Robert and Rita (Hanley) McGowan.He was the brother of Robert J. McGowan and the late Joan Kennedy.Uncle of Brenda McGowanFuneral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00am in the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith St. Providence. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.Burial will be in Pocasset Cemetery, Cranston.
