Dennis S. Anderson

Born in Providence, he was a son of the late Roger W. Anderson Jr. and Priscilla (Cole) Anderson.

Most recently, Dennis worked as a security guard for Professional Security and previously worked for several other security companies.

He was an avid Red Sox fan and overall sports enthusiast. He loved listening to the “oldies” music, working in his yard, swimming, and vacationing at Lake George. More than anything, he loved his family.

He was the loving father of Derek L. Anderson and Brittney I. Anderson; devoted brother of Roger W. Anderson III (Cheryl) and David B. Anderson (Ann Marie); and cherished son in law of the late Ida (Izzi) Formisano, the late Ciro Formisano and his wife Pauline (Gendron) Formisano. He also leaves several nieces and nephews.

His visitation will be held Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 8:30-10:00 a.m. in Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in St. Robert Bellarmine Church, 1804 Atwood Ave, Johnston. Burial will follow in St. Francis Cemetery, Pawtucket.
