Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Vito and Dolores (D’Agostino) Bongiardo.
Dennis was a graduate of North Providence High School and Roger Williams University.
He was owner & operator of Celebrity Formal Wear for many years before starting his embroidery & screen printing business, Unique Embroidery.
He will be remembered for his outgoing personality and missed by his family and the many friends he had made throughout the years.
He was the father of Justin Bongiardo; brother of Tracey Borysko and Cheryl Ruggiero; uncle of Dino Ruggiero; and great-uncle of 3.
His visitation will be held Monday, November 20, 2023 from 10:30-11:30 a.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Home, 971 Branch Ave, Providence followed by a memorial service in the funeral home at 11:30 a.m.. Burial will be private.
