Butch was born on January 19, 1945, to Max Suvall and Marion (Morse) Suvall. He had been a resident of North Attleboro for over 50 years and attended North Attleboro High School. He
leaves behind his fiancée, life partner, and best friend Judith (Nickerson) Barriere, his best girl and devoted daughter, Amy (Suvall) Plante, and her husband, Roger Plante; his beloved and adored granddaughters, Allison and Sophia Plante, also of Attleboro; Butch also leaves Judith’s children, grandchildren and great grandchildren who he embraced as his own and all lovingly called him Pop or Poppy.
Butch was the one of five siblings: Louise Jarvis of Cleveland, OH, Janice Langille of N. Attleboro, Robert Suvall of N. Attleboro, and David Suvall of Cranston. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his cherished sister Marsha.
Gatherings with family and friends were Butch's greatest joy. He was always the most outgoing, loudest, funniest, kindest, and the handiest of the group. He made friends no matter where he went. Butch was always willing to lend a helping hand. Butch was born and raised to drive tractor trailer trucks for the family business, Suvall & Sons, and drove them before he was legally allowed to drive. He was his father’s right hand man at the business. As a young man he could be found at Jolly Chollys or street racing down Route 1. He loved to drive, play cards, talk, and tell stories. He especially loved his time spent with Judy traveling to camp grounds all over the country and making new friends. Butch held all the women in his life on a pedestal including but not limited to his mother Marion, Judith, Amy, Allison, and Sophia.
