My cousin Donna...always smiling. I hadn’t known of her passing and am deeply saddened by her loss.  So much love, so many good times together with all us cousins.  Wonderful memories that have been, and will continue to be shared many times over.  I can still hear her laughing, and in later years she and my husband, John, who also passed, would laugh so heartily together. Rest In Peace, Donna, with your beloved family.  My heartfelt condolences to all her loved ones. Her smile, kindheartedness and spirit will always be remembered.

I was honored and very blessed to have known Donna for the last six years or so due to her loving and close relationship with her soulmate and my good friend, Johnny Gibbons.  Donna spent many hours in my home over the last several years with Johnny, me and my family members and we all will terribly miss her smile, wit and positive outlook on life.  When I spoke with her in her last months and days on this earth, she was always positive, willing to fight the good fight and ever so grateful for the loving devotion and care that Johnny selflessly bestowed on her in the last years of her life.  Donna was truly a special woman to all she cared for and may she rest in peace and smile down upon us from her well-deserved place in heaven.  

RIP my friend.  We had lots of good times that I will cherish forever.  God Bless

To Donna, ok, Auntie Donna...I will miss you very much, you have no idea...I wish I could of spent more time with you but that is ok i was able to be there and speak to you before you passed...I hope you are happy with grandma, grandpa and your brothers and sister...You are all probably fighting up there...Another piece of our heart has been broken..You took care of all of your nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and everyone that you were "Auntie" to on the streets...We luv you Donna....

Donna was one of my first friends. I can still see us running around in her yard on Depasquale Ave while her mom and aunt Flo would sit on the stoop.  My mother and father had a little restaurant on the 1st floor of the house she lived in and Donna taught me how to make a bridge while shuffling cards. She was a kind and gentle person and I will cherish the memories I have of her. May she rest in peace, amen

My heart breaks just reading this...Donna, you are loved by so many...always a smile and a kind word for anyone who came in your path...i remember sitting with you on Depasquale Avenue and just talking with you,,,you were always so wise and so watchful over us kids when we were growing up...I remember the jokes we use to share back an forth about you and my brother guy and how he use to tease you all the time....i know personally the love my family had for your family because you were all such wonderful people....may god wrap his loving arms around you now and welcome you home and may he help those who love you find comfort in knowing you will always be watching over them.
