Doris M. Newton

Doris M. (Moulico) Newton, 87, of Maguire Road, died Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital with her family by her side.She was the wife of the late Paul A. Newton.Born in North Smithfield, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Loretta (Keegan) Moulico.Before retirement, Doris was employed by Worcester Textile Mill as a mender, she also worked for the First National Supermarket for 15 years.She survived by a son, Paul A. Newton and his wife Dianne of East Providence, two daughters, Lynda A. Neville and her husband Dennis of North Providence and Diane M. DeGiovanni of Cranston, four grandchildren, Erin Neville, Brian Neville, Alexander Newton and Meagan Newton and a sister-in-law Mary Lou Newton of North Providence. Doris was also the sister of the late Raymond J. Moulico.Funeral services from the Russell J. Boyle & Son Funeral Home, 331 Smith Street, Providence, Saturday at 9:00 am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in Mary, Mother of Mankind Church, 25 4th Street, North Providence.Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery, Pascoag Main St., Pascoag.Visiting hours Friday 4:00-8:00 pm
